Worst Dr ever. Doesn't have patience to listen. Not even caring about why I visited him, he was only forcing me and my family to schedule a covid vaccine appointment. Dont know how he is continuing in this profession for so long. I am not a person to just post something . This is the 3rd time I am seeing his same behavior . Beware and avoid this unprofessional guy.

Dr. Iyer is a patient and responsive doctor who has been wonderful to deal with. The wait times in his office are short, his office staff is friendly, and Dr. Iyer takes his time to explain your diagnosis and/or treatment protocol and next steps. He’s a consummate professional and I highly recommend him as a primary care provider!

Excellent doctor. Has always spent an appropriate amount of time with me. Is thoughtful and analytical. Having been a long term patient -- over 6 years -- I am perplexed by some of the negative comments which appear out of character from the many interactions I have had with Dr Iyer.

Dr. Iyer is the most unprofessional doctor I have experienced in my life. He had his family members, staff and an intern in the room when he was discussing my detailed medical condition and history. I don't know if this guy ever heard of HIPPA regulations. On top of that he was shouting at me without listening to my problems. It was my first visit to him and will be the last.

I had the worst experience on a follow up visit with him. He didn't give me a chance to explain any of my history or present medical condition. It was an interaction of 5 mins with him only being impolite and disrespectful. I was able to answer him in single words only. How can you expect someone to get rid of any issue if you cant lend your ears or make the patient comfortable. A total horrifying experience which ended with him saying, "I should not say anything more else I will make your cry".

This clinic provides free comedy along with treatment. The word professionalism is a rare concept although Dr.Iyer is a decent doctor .Imagine going to a mechanic who can fix cars but care nothing else interms of the overall value they provide .I have been his patient for years and being a indian i assumed his beside manners and occasional reckless banter were part of his upbringing. The class act took epic proportions when his front office forgets about you and you are still waiting after 1.5 hr.

Dr. Iyer cut me off every time I tried to speak, he was very dismissive and short with me, I couldn't explain the reason for being there, he didn't take any time to actually listen to me, didn't take into account special circumstances surrounding my concerns, he even explained how much 10% of 80 is as if I was too stupid to know. He was probably in the room for all of 5 minutes. Would not really recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Iyer runs an office that is always available even on last minute calls. They are always professional and follow up to see how you are doing. I have been a patient for years and would not consider going anywhere else.

He is a great doctor & good at quickly figuring out the problem. His staff is very good. Finding appointments is easy. Things to improve 1. Wait time at the clinic is over 45 mins at a minimum 2. He spends not more than 3 mins with you. I used timer to time it in the last few times. 3. Though his treatment is effective he does not explain things and is ready to rush out. 4. He dismisses your questions quickly and moves on Lot of room to improve patient communication.
