Doctor in business to make money.
I have called the doctor's office requesting physicals prescription so that I can get the lab work done and consult him after the reports are in. The lab work was completed on a wednesday and 48 hours later on friday, I receive a call from the doctor's office. The lady on call said that the prescription for lab work will not be covered under the insurance if I don't schedule a visit with the doc right away. I told her that I have an ultra sound visit in 3 days for another health issue and based on the outcome I will schedule an apt so that I may seek additional help from this physician but she threatened to schedule an apt else they will send in a different prescription to the insurance company for the lab work. This conversation sounded very unprofessional and it would have been better if the lady started a conversation saying that the lab results are in and that its time to schedule an apt with the doctor. You don't make threat calls to patients.

Thorough checking
Telehealth
He has checked my heart and not only suggested to see my cardiologist in one week, but send him text message. He saved my life as my aortic valve was severe and blockage in two heart arteries. He is thoroughly checking every time. Best experience doctor.
