This is the is by far the worst practice I have ever encountered. Wait area is very unsanitary and so are the exam rooms. The staff are unorganized and unprepared with patient files. Wait times are hours past appointment time. MD bedside manner is very poor and post op pain management was so terrible. I had to contact my primary physician for additional care. I would not recommend this practice and suggest that you research the your provider before choosing, which I unfortunately did not do.

Every office visit is intolerable. My mother has to wait at least one to two hours after her appointment to be seen. The front office is a mess with files on the floors and counters. The receptionist met us with a huge piece of cake in her hand after I had been waiting to sign in. She claims to have never spoken with me over the phone and she never knows what's going on. She doesn't return phone calls. I'm not sure what she does.
