Dr. Tidman disregarded repeated family requests to reduce an anti-psychotic drug he had prescribed for our father who is in an assisted living facility diagnosed with dementia but without warning he abruptly stopped the drug entirely which caused our father to experience dangerous withdrawal symptoms putting our father and the assisted living staff at risk. After ordering the discontinuance of the drug, he left town for 10 days and we could not get the drug to prevent the withdrawal our dad was experiencing.

I saw Dr. Tidman on 03/19/2019, I needed a new primary care physician in my new area. My thyroid medication was increased and I was feeling better. However, Dr. Tidman got my prescription wrong for Clonazepam and as a result the quantity came up 13 days short until my next visit. When I called to get this corrected staff members Ginger and Julie were very rude and Dr. Tidman refused to refill. I have taken this for panic and anxiety since 2004 and can't just go without. I had to fire Dr. Tidman.
