Terrible experience
Office manager Kathleen Rugato was absolutely terrible and unprofessional. She approved my insurance and told me that the doctor took it. After visit was informed he did not and started receiving a ton of bills that I should not have received, she told me it should not have happened and she would take care of it, then stopped returning all voicemails and emails and sent my bill to collections. Horrible experience and a lot of wasted time and money to speak to this doctor only for a few minutes.

Amazing - Down to earth
Met the doctor for the first time gave me full time, explained everything in detail satisfied with all his explanation really wonderful Doctor and gave me proper suggestion what to be done. Didn’t have any questions to ask he covered much more than I can anticipate. May God bless him in all means & stay heathy so he can bless others by his expertise. He is Doctor in profession & being blessed as a good human for others.

Dr Zaidi is an amazing Dr, he has such a wonderful bedside manners, he treats his patients with respect and such caring ways, always asked how you are feeling and doing to his patient and the person accompanying his patients. His staff are so well mannered and Michelle his Personal Secretary is an amazing person who always accommodate and set up appointments when you request, I will surely recommend Dr Zaidi to anyone who is looking for a Surgical Oncologist you will surely have a piece of mind when you visit him, Thank you Dr Zaidi and Staff for everything

We are blessed to have Dr Zaidi as my mom’s surgeon. His bedside manners are excellent. Dr Zaidi and his team are the best. Every e-mail sent, every phone call made received prompt response. ??

Dr. Zaidi has been amazing from the moment he took on my case 8 months ago. He truly cares about his patients and his passion for his profession really shows. His bedside manners are excellent, as he will take all the necessary time to answer any and all questions in order to reassure his patients. He was even available to answer questions after hours which is something that truly helped me throughout my recovery process. I was blessed to have Dr. Zaidi as my doctor and will forever be grateful.
