Dr. Bassett was personable and listened to my concerns and comments. She was genuine in her responses and give me good information. This was my first visit with her as my regular doctor there has retired. I will continue to reach out to her with any future problems

Dr. Bassett showed genuine concern for my knee problem. She was patience allowing me time to tell what my symptoms were and make a decision on what she felt was my best course of action at the present time. She also followed up finding the necessary documentation to refer me for a different medical issue which I greatly appreciate.
