Her staff is rude and disrespectful.. then when hospitals scheduled an appointment they did not remind me and after 5 years of seeing her missed 3 appointment and she fired me. The 3 missed appointments where not even in the same month or year they were all years appart and she is not helpful when needing to get things worked out she does not listen or work with you. MAKE HER A LAST RESORT TO SEE.. I HAVE HAD SEZIURES FOR 5 YEARS AND NOT WILLING TO ADJUST MEDICATIONS

The first neurologist tried to diagnose me for 4months. Dr Crenshaw had a diagnosis in less than 15 minutes. There is usually no waiting, if there is its less than 15 minutes. She listens to her patients.

You may have to wait a bit to get back to be seen but it's worth the wait. She took her time and explained a LOT of things so I'd better understand. I was also expecting her to be ordering some expensive procedure or something like so many other doctors do these days just so they can make more money but she was able to test in the office and ruled out a lot of potential problem areas withOUT having to do MRI etc. Very knowledgeable and would highly recommend!

I would not recommend Dr. Crenshaw. She does not make herself available to patients. I just did not feel she really cared about her patients. She does not make sure calls are returned in a reasonable time frame.

My husband has dementia and we needed help in dealing with some of the problems that have arisen. Dr. Crenshaw spent over an hour with us, answering my questions, giving advice. It was like a breath of fresh air to have a doctor actually listen and respond and not rush us out the door. We live quite a distance away, but she's worth it.

Dr. Crenshaw is a blessing to me. After we spent an hour and a half I no longer was a boat floating at sea without a Captain. Never have I had someone spend so much time with my Husband and I in 20 years. My Husband had two strokes and we knew almost nothing about anything. The other Hospital never went into detail. Any one who needs help in this area, Dr. Crenshaw is the one you need. Now I feel safe for the first time since Feb.22, 2016. Thank you very much, Dotti Yourgalite

Dr. Crenshaw is 1 of the most compassionate and thorough physicians I have ever met. It's a privilege to have her as my neurologist. My first visit with her was amazing. She spent over two hours going through my medical history, my concerns about what I am experiencing and formulating a plan to help me. She explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand. She has a great staff too! Kristi & Jessie are warm and friendly. If you need a neurologist, Dr. Crenshaw is the BEST.
