Dr. Felson is the best. She is a great listener and always takes her time with me. She takes in consideration all of my concerns. The only negative thing i have to say is the wait time at the clinic is a hit or miss sometimes you can be in and out in an hour or less and sometimes you could be waiting for over an hour and a half. Overall I would still go here because Dr Felson genuinely cares for her patients.

Office OK - if you're below the poverty threshhold
Checkin took a while. They asked me to sign a 'sliding scale' paper that is only for people below the poverty line. With 2 Social Security pensions, we don't qualify, so that was useless.It also took too long for me to see their Privacy document before signing to say I saw it....No results from blood/urine tests available 2 days later - This office doesn't provide the service I expect and receive from other providers.Dr. Felsen is nice, but the office is unacceptable.In addition, I was the only one in the waiting room wearing a mask! That poses a health risk.

So happy to have Dr. Felsen as my primary doctor. She is kind and a good listener. She takes my opinion in consideration. When I am sick she has always taken the correct action and I recovery quickly.
