Hostility Overrides Competence . . . IMO
Like most of you, I want a smart competent doctor who's going to fix my problem. Being nice and feeling you care about me as a person isn't a priority until something resembling the opposite hits me in the face without warning and I remind myself that compassion, respect and grace actually matter. In my 60 plus years, I have never met a doctor as cold as Dr. K. If your reality is something different, good for you. But if you're contemplating your first visit, you can't say you we didn't warn you.

Amazing Doctor
I went to Dr. Klienerman for a scary situation. I needed Mohs surgery, she worked hard to see me quickly, explained the procedure and all her reasoning for where to send specimen. She called to follow up after procedure. You can't even tell my scar because she did an amazing job. I continue to see her every three months. Would highly recommend.

Doctor denied examining my face
Had a consultation today ( may 1st) with Doctor Rebecca, due to rashes and bumps on my face. She diagnosed me w fungus , hence she didn’t even tell me what was the name of the fungus nor collected any specimen to send out to lab to make sure AND When I asked her : “ can you touch my face to feel the bumps” she SIMPLY SAID “NO” !! THEN I ASKED , can I still use use the face wash I’m used to wearing , she said yes ( without even asking which one ) then I was like ; but i know it has some acids In it and THEN she said “ then no, use something simple “ She also looked impatient with other questions I asked her. To finalize the story, I WAS SO UNDONE WHEN I LEFT THE CLINIC, I couldn’t believe she denied touching my face, so I called several other clinics and WAS SO LUCKY I WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER DOCTOR’S APPOINTMENT TODAY ( may first) the doctor saw me and ACTUALLY examined my face, collected a test to send out to lab to make sure …… I HONESTLY FEEL SORRY FOR A PROFESSIONAL W

Disappointed
Went for skin check. Small, clean convenient office. No follow up on what they were going to do after my visit. I called, told them the issue, they said someone would get back to me, and no response. I wrote to tell the I wouldn't be returning and why and they apologized and said she never got my message. It's a small office, 3 people, how can they not provide better service! Annoying that now I have to find someone new.

Dr. Kleinerman is the best! She’s been my dermatologist for years and has taken care of various skin problems I’ve had quickly and with professionalism and kindness. I’ve seen her for cosmetic dermatology as well as skin checks, mole removals, eczema, etc. I’ve also recommended her to family, friends, and colleagues, and they all think she’s wonderful—curing the seemingly intractable acne of teenage boys; to shingles; to rashes, wrinkles, and scars; to so many other maladies. I’d recommend her to anyone. And I wish I could find other providers who are both as brilliant and as caring as she is.

i saw dr. kleinerman for the first time for a dermatology issue. she was very professional, answered all my questions, and took a lot of time explaining my diagnosis. overall excellent bedside manner. the treatment she gave me worked immediately. she even followed up with a phone call a few days later to see how i was doing! furthermore, the staff and office were extremely nice. i would definitely recommend dr. kleinerman to a friend or family member.
