Incredibly lazy
Telehealth
'Saw' her via a telehealth platform. Prescribed two medications, Medication A (which I've used for years) and Medication B. She then cancelled B without explanation and refused to participate in insurance company's coverage review for A. Refused to explain why when I asked, said 'talk to support.' Eventually forced to engage in coverage review for A, but refused to acknowledge medication B and then claimed that medication A was a 'substitute' for it. All of the stereotypes about lazy, for-profit derms churning out as many telehealth visits as they can with minimal effort - she's it. Avoid.

Wrong Diagnosis and no follow-up
Assigned to this person for a teledoc visit and sent photos of a rash I developed 1 week postpartum. Diagnosed me with genital herpes without talking with me about how this is likely impossible. I told her it was unlikely, and she asked if we “swabbed the vesicles?” before shutting off the reply and cutting off communication. Paid an extra $75 for this consult. Went to urgent care the next morning because I was in so much pain I couldn’t breastfeed new baby. Doctor said it was the worst case of shingles they have ever seen. Also they “swabbed the vesicles” and I’m negative for HSV 1 and 2. I hope your license is reviewed. Thank you for making a new mother feel so very low in a time she needed support the most.I hope someone reviews your license.
