I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. Only see Dr. Norris if you don't care about your health or time. I've spent hours over the years explaining my issues to her only to be dismissed & not taken seriously. This doctor does NOT care about her patients and I left the practice. After just 3 months with my new physician we have learned that I have a autoimmune disorder and have been working on ways to treat it. Having a physician who cares makes a genuine difference. I'm glad I do now.

Dr. Norris is spectacular!! Unfortunately her staff does not call back even after repeated calls. It has been two weeks that I have left 3 messages per Dr. Norris' request. This is the second time it has happened even after a call to the office manager who did not return my call either. I have only been a patient a few months and I am extremely disappointed. As much as I like the doctor I am considering going to another practice.

I have been a patient for many years. I don't have much to compare her too, because when I find a doctor that treats me like a person and not just another patient, I stay with them. She has never made me feel rushed or like she doesn't have time for me. I believe she has a younger staff right now and they are doing a great job dealing with the growing pains of primary care. Dr. Norris is great and her new staff members are getting there. Thanks to all of you at Dr. Norris office.

Dr. Norris is an excellent Dr. I have a severe traumatic brain injury. She has seen me through a lot and the whole time gives me the best treatment possible. Before I was having to see a number of DR's. Not anymore Dr Norris takes care of all my needs. She and her staff is just a phone call away if I need them. I would recommend Dr Norris to anyone who is sick or has any kind of medical condition. They are very professional at what they do but Dr Norris goes above and beyond. She actually listen

Like most doctors, I think she has been pushed into too many patients. However having seeing her for 5+ years I think see is very capable and truly shows interest in helping her patients. I trust her option and will continue to see her in the future.

Dr. Norris has been there for my husband and I through his many illnesses over the last five years. She and her nurse have called personally to check on his progress. She always listens and explains things in laymen's terms. Any wait is time well spent. I trust her implicitly and would and have highly recommended her to friends.

The past 2 times I have waited over 2 hours each time. They forgot to give me a refill on ambien so I had a hard time reaching the nurses station. I never received a call back. After 2 more days I went to the office and waited again for her to sign the prescription. I am very upset because I have been coming to this office for 10 years or more and never have I misused prescription or ask to be worked in or anything called in. My time is just as important as everyone else here. My patience ...

I would definitely recommend Dr. Norris. She knows her business, always thinks in and out of the box when treating her patients (me included), and makes you feel at ease from the start. Her attention to details surpasses any that I have seen. She also has great staff (Kelly and Lynn) that assist in getting you in about out of the office as quickly as possible while making sure your diagnosis and treatment is as smooth as possible. All with a smile!
