Entire appointment felt like a bait and switch
Visited for a routine annual exam, no abnormal tests. Doctor reviewed birth control options with me and I chose to have a tubal removal surgery. While this may be my insurance and not the actual doctors office, the copay for this felt very high to me. Then the scheduling office called telling me I needed additional appointments. I reached out to find out why and it took 3 different contacts with the office to get an actual response (I got a lot of, it’s a routine thing). When I finally got that response, another test was needed. I really don’t understand why they would offer the procedure as an option and schedule it without telling me that in addition to the procedure, I would need to request 3-4 more times from work for this and most likely pay an office fee every single time. After asking more questions, they cancelled my procedure…feels like they don’t care a thing about me or my health, just the money.

Zero. Worst rating I could possibly give. Office is not well run. Sat for an hour and a half with no clothes on and no doc. Got dressed and left. Will NEVER go back. You can be the best doc in the world but if your office is run that badly, the patient is the loser.

Waited two hours so far this appointment. Had waited over 3 hours past my appointment time last year. Dr Perret is a good doctor, definitely takes her time and I like that. However after my own experience and those of others here, I have to say that punctuality is not her strong suite. Nor does her staff update you on what’s causing the delay, you just have to wait for hours half undressed in your gown. I am unlikely to return as she has no respect for her patients time and obviously doesn’t feel that she needs to change this attitude.

I love Dr. Perret! She is very approachable, explains everything and truly takes her time with you. Did I have to wait longer times sometimes to be seen during my prenatal visits? Yes. However, as I mentioned...she takes her time with her patients, so to me this is important and totally worth it. It is important to note, she runs back and forth between the hospital and the clinic during appt hours, when someone goes into labor. I'm sure this can contribute to her running behind some days. She was not available for my c-section (my water broke, and had to be done within a few hrs), which was a bummer. However, I understand that she is human and cannot be in one million different places at once, especially in the middle of the night. I trust everything she has to say, and very much recommend her.

We can all acknowledge that Dr. Perret is incredible. Her staff? Why does Wanda act the way she does? I have had multiple "conversations" with her and I use quotes as I ask questions and get long delated one to three word answers, with attitude. It's cute that she throws in a 'sweetie" and asks how I am doing when she calls - as is somewhat standard protocol in the customer service industry.... but why do I have to BATTLE with you to get an appointment? Why do you call to give me MEDICAL advice? She is the biggest reason I have anxiety going into my ultrasound appointments. The rest of her staff is subpar, but Wanda? Awful at best.

My appointment was for 10:45 on July 24. I was called to the back at 12 ish. Put in a room told to put on a gown. I was in the room sitting for another 20 - 25 minutes no one came in. I was not too happy sitting with nothing but a gown on on this hard table. Not one person came in to say the doctor is running behind sorry about the wait. Which would have been the right thing to do. I gather it is because frankly they don’t care. Why call me to the back if I have to sit uncomfortably, undressed on a hard table for 20 - 25 minutes. I believe I would have sat there for who knows how long had I not had enough. I do not mind waiting in comfort with a little bit of consideration but this I will not tolerate.

My doctor retired and Dr.Perret was recommended to me. Thank God for that. She is a people person to me. Very professional and caring. Takes time with you and listens. Not an in and out doctor! My experience at her office was great.

I chose Dr. Perret because I wanted a natural delivery with an accomplished physician just in case anything went wrong. My experience during prenatal care was okay. Dr. Perret herself was always very warm and engaged. The downside was that she always ran very late. She was a no show when I delivered despite being on-call, which was very disappointing. I also didn't receive a follow-up call from her after the delivery to check on me or the baby. Overall, disappointing experience.

I love Dr. Perret but I do not love her staff. The admins make scheduling appointments, finding out results, or even talking to your doctor a process that can takes weeks or months. When I do get to talk to Dr. Perret, she is wonderful, but her gatekeepers have me looking for another doc.

Dr. Perret really took the time to get to know my husband and I. We weren't "just another patient" to her. We could tell that she truly cared. I'm grateful for her taking the time to check up on my family and I well after the usual round of post-natal visits, when we crossed paths at the hospital (I work there as well). I'm so grateful that I found my way into her practice.
