Dr. Rebecca Ruble, MD

I sat in the exam room for 35 minutes past my own appointment time listening to Dr. Ruble laughing and talking to a patient in the room next door. Then she had the audacity to come in and say she was dealing with an emergency after I complained that I had been waiting 35 minutes. She then did nothing for what she had told me the previous time would be a thorough physical since I just turned 50. No respect from the staff sitting around eating and staring at me when I asked why I was being kept waiting for so long and no respect from the doctor. I don't understand why "professionals" can't give a paying client the most basic respect.

Dr Ruble is smart, kind and compassionate. She's stern when she needs to be. I highly recommend this physician.

I loved Dr. Ruble. I switched to her recently because her new location is so close to home but oh my gosh she is the first PCP I have had that really seemed interested in me and my health. She was kind, caring, listened, and was honest. I almost wish I had a reason to go back and see her sooner!

I have been seeing Dr. Ruble for 10 years and have never had an issue. She is approachable, listens, and very knowledgeable.

I can never get in to see Dr. Ruble. In my last attempt, I had a 2:30 appt; I arrived at 2:20. The staff ignored my presence for a good seven minutes, refusing even to make eye contact with me while I stood there like an idiot. I was then told that my appointment was at 2:10 and they would have to reschedule. Unfortunately, I had already taken off work for this appointment and will unlikely be able to make time to do so again. So, I'll have to wait another year and find a new doctor. Sigh.
