Dr. Redemption Geronimo, MD

My. mother has been her patient for over 10years. We arrive to our appointment on time we have to wait 1-2 hours to be seen. The longest wait time was 3 hours. I was so upset that I walked out. Lately it's been really hard to get an appointment with her just to have pre-op lab work done! Once you get in to see her visit lasts at least an hour.

Waited 2 hours to be seen by Dr. Geronimo in 2 scheduled appointments. Assistant should at least inform the patient of the delay instead of just let us wait in the room, wondering. Patient almost walked out as he is getting hypoglycemic and needed something to eat. Assistant not on top of the test reports. Dr. G has to go in and out of the room to request. No much intervention as she has to go to her next patient. Test orders were incomplete, no diagnosis, one order was not made as assistant computer froze and all these orders are urgent. Has to be followed up the next day and wait in line to be attended as caller no. 13. I think the office needs a reorganization or streamlining and staff has to be more attentive to patients cases just like other Chaparral office we have been to. I would like to bring this to the attention of the Office manager or Administrator or to the Chaparral Group Administration. Thank you for your anticipated attention.

I have been a patient for 15 yrs. It takes me 5 weeks to get an appt. to bad if I am sick, no same day appt. no next day appt. no next week appt. told to go to urgent care or emergency. I believe she is a good Dr. if you get an appt. wait 2 hrs. in waiting room and then 1 more hr. in exam room.
