Unacceptable. She did not perform physical (annual) check up per our requested for new patients but jumped right into blood works then ordered follow ups. We now learned that insurance would not pay for those visits since the codes were not for physical and we ended up with over a thousand dollars and more follow ups. I called and requested to talk to the Office manager to question about the charge codes but no one return my call.

Doesn't Care About you and will cancel your appts
Low wait times, friendly staff. But She refuses to believe you if you tell her whats wrong. Have had shoulder pains and it took 5 months for them to figure out and tell me whats wrong. Which brings me today, they called me 24 hrs before my appointment to tell me, "we cant help you, were cancelling your appointment." They then refused to refer me to anyone and basically have left me in pain wandering what to do. Very unprofessional and would suggest doing more research on finding Care past here.

Fast and Impersonal
Her staff were all friendly but she was fast and not very friendly. Did not listen to my concerns and treated me like a drug addict for requesting a refill for a medication I’ve been prescribed appropriately for almost 10 years.

I’d give zero if I could .
I felt so incredibly spoken down too. Went in to talk about a very particular pain I was having & was made out to feel stupid . She was more concerned about everything else expect the pain I was experiencing. I left the office in tears. Will NEVER go back.

I had a very bad experience with this dr. I was put on Xerelto and wad having terrible symptoms and pain I never had before being put on this medication. I went to see r for follow up. She told me I had nothing wrong with me. She would not listen to anything I was trying to tell her. Told me nothing was wrong with me that I needed to go see phych. Dr. That I will was depressed. People are dying from this medication. Had nobody to talk to about side e facets. Stopped med due to her neg
