Dr. Reem Tadros, MD

I underwent a procedure carried out by Doctor Tadros and the experience was great. Doctor Tadros answered my questions and I felt very comfortable under her care.

I’ve been a patient at this office for almost a year & valued Dr. Reem Tadros' care, but my recent experience changed my perception. I called to request a prior authorization for my prescription, as instructed by my insurance & pharmacy. The nurse, who goes by Maria & Mary Fae, was rude, dismissive, & constantly interrupted me. When I calmly brought this up to Dr. Tadros, she immediately cut me off, defended the nurse, & shifted the blame to insurance rather than addressing my concerns. Emphasizing her staff is 'frustrated' & 'deal with this issue all the time.' She took a long time to apologize, & when she finally did, it felt forced, insincere, & as if she felt obligated rather than empathetic. At the end of my visit, the receptionist didn’t offer to schedule my next appointment, making me feel unwelcome as a patient for speaking up. I should not have to bear the frustration of the office staff. Patients should never feel dismissed or pushed away for voicing a valid concern.

I have been seeing Dr. Tadros for several years for annual skin checks (anti-cancer). She is thorough, listens to my questions and addresses my concerns. I'd definitely recommend her for annual skin checks.

I was late for my appt due to getting lost, but phoned the office to tell them and I went after I finally got there. I was half an hour late, but, the lady at the front desk told me that Lucretia, with whom I was having my appt was filled up, but if I wanted to wait until 1:30, Dr. Tadros had an opening, so I waited. Everyone in that office was so pleasant, from my encounter at the front desk, the assistant who took me back to the examine room Dr. Tadros and Hailey, an intern who was shadowing Dr, Tadros. The exam was quick and of course painless. Everyone was very personable and professional—it was a good experience and I’ve made my appt for next year with Dr. Tadros. Thanks to everyone!

After 6 plus weeks of trying to get in touch with Dr. Tadros' office via phone (left voicemails for them as nobody answers the phone there except for billing) and patient portal messages, I ended up contacting the lab that processed the sample. The lab quickly provided the results whereas Dr Tadros' office was seemingly unwilling to share that information with me. The only information I was able to glean from the patient portal was that the sample tested positive for cancer. I did not receive that information from the doctor or her office which is shameful.

Dr. Tadros and staff are an amazing team! They provide great care!

Dr. Tadros is very kind; she was very patient answering my (many) questions about treatments and took time look into potential impacts of treatment based on my medical background. She also very clearly explained treatment plans following this visit. Looking forward to my next visit

Dr. Tadros is an exceptional dermatologist; I feel lucky to count myself among her patients. She combines remarkable expertise with thoughtfulness and compassion. Believe it or not, I actually look forward to my check-ups (and this is coming from someone who usually has anxiety with any doctor's appointment)! Many heartfelt thanks to Dr. Tadros and her staff for always making me feel taken care of and at home.

From the welcoming reception to the initial interview with a skilled, professional technician to a thorough dermatological assessment with Dr. Tadros, patient care, courtesy, and current medical proficiency were clearly evident in my office visit.

Mr. Tadros was very kind but the treatment done 10 days ago is still not working partially. I think I need to make an appointment again.

I've been a patient of Dr. Tadros for several years and am very happy with her care.

Many terms terms relating to my diagnosis were not adequately explained. I was given a printed handout which claims that many things were explained during the visit that were not, unless claims such as "I explained," "I counseled the patient," "I instructed the patient," "I recommended" and "I reviewed with the patient" are deemed to have been met simply by giving me the handout and leaving it to me to read and interpret it. Dr. Tadros seems very competent and has a pleasant manner. Likewise the staff of Advanced Dermatology. However, I felt like time was very limited. Having waited 2+ months for the appointment and having some serious concerns and questions, I did not feel well served in the limited time the doctor had available for my care. I understand busy schedules, but I maintain that they serve the doctor's goals and objectives in treating as many patients as possible, without regard for the experience of the patient.

I had more questions that I wanted answered. She seemed hurried. By the end I just said fine and I'll find another dermatologist to answer my questions.

As always, Dr. Tadros was very thorough and explained what she found and planned to do.

Whatever we say is not enough for her.she’s more than excellent, shows her concern about her patients even her entire team are amazing.so lucky to have a doctor like her.

Dr. Tadros was filled with such an uplifting spirit that puts her patents at ease. She was able to address the problem while being so comforting and reassuring. So grateful to have a doctor like her!
