Dr. Reena Parikh, MD

Dr. Parikh is a new doctor for me at my familiar practice. She helped me through a tough procedure and has been impeccable in her empathy, thoroughness, and initiative in following up with me, checking in, and always feeling patient and available throughout every step of the way.

I feel so incredibly lucky to have had Dr. Parikh as my OB for my first pregnancy. From the start, she was attentive, informative, kind and helpful. Anytime I sent her a message via the portal, she got back to me in a timely fashion, sometimes even minutes later! In-person visits were always a pleasure. She has great bedside manners and would listen to all the questions and concerns I had throughout my pregnancy. My only wish is that she delivered my baby, which she even tried to do, but my baby had other plans. I highly recommend her as an OB, you will be taken care of and reassured every step of the way.

I switched to Dr. Parikh 2 years ago after my former ObGyn retired and I'm glad I did. Dr. Parikh is warm, supportive, and totally engaged in my care. She listens to my concerns, respects what I need and my vision for present and future care, responds with test results quickly, has clear conversations, and makes me feel like an individual, not like a statistic. She's a wonderful human being in addition to being a compassionate, knowledgeable health care professional.

I made the change to Dr Parikh 6 months into my pregnancy, it was the best decision I made. She provided clear, compassionate care and always took the time to address my concerns and answer my questions. Her support throughout this period was invaluable, and she consistently demonstrated a commitment to both my well-being and that of my baby. I then went on to have an outstanding experience with my Dr Parikh during labor and delivery. Her support was exceptional throughout the entire process. She provided reassuring guidance and advocated for my preferences. Dr Parikh's presence and expertise were instrumental in making the experience smooth and positive.

Dr. Parikh is one of the best care providers I’ve worked with in any speciality. She came highly recommended by a friend who had navigated a challenging road to her first pregnancy, and I was blown away by her warmth, empathy, and patience. Beyond those qualities, what stands out about Dr. Parikh is her responsiveness and attention to detail. She really takes the time to actively listen, treats every question, concern, or request seriously, and is incredibly researched, thoughtful, and timely with her replies. I felt so safe and well supported throughout my entire pregnancy and delivery, and that was because of her. Couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Dr. Parikh is the best OBGYN I've been to. I transferred to her after a horrible experience elsewhere. She was most supportive during my pregnancy which was what I needed after my history of losses. I was often super anxious and she was always patient and kind. She was excellent at communicating at every stage of my pregnancy. She answered my many questions and was always available by message. She made recommendations that made my pregnancy easier to manage and safer for me and my baby. Her close monitoring of me and my baby was very reassuring. Her c-section delivery was smooth and I felt so well cared for. She made me feel so comfortable and informed before, during and after my pregnancy. I credit her with finally having my healthy rainbow baby. I highly recommend her.

I could not be more thankful to have found Dr. Parikh. She came highly recommend by two friends who delivered under her care. I decided to start seeing her at the beginning of my 2nd pregnancy and immediately knew I had made the right decision. She was warm, an engaged listener, and took the time to understand my first birth experience and what that meant, both for any potential health risks as well as my personal preferences. Throughout my entire pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum visits she was thorough, thoughtful, and always made me feel like I was in incredibly skilled and capable hands. I feel so lucky to have a doctor I trust so much. Wholeheartedly recommend.

I do not recommend Dr. Parikh for pregnancy, birth or postpartum care. I had a horrific birth experience that lasted several days after an induction that shouldn’t have happened and ended with a c section. Then, when I had high blood pressure readings after birth, Dr Parikh was neither patient nor compassionate in her care of me (I was terrified). She wouldn’t share her c section rate with me when I was pregnant which was a huge red flag and I should have found a new provider at that point. Hoping to save someone else a very bad birth experience!

Dr Parikh was respectful and gentle with a nonjudgmental decorum. I highly recommend her.

dr. Parikh is the best doctor ever. I truly loved every visit and my full experience with her. She made me feel extremely comfortable during my full pregnancy and post partum, she never made me feel like my worries or questions were stupid . Even though I’m sure they were!! Although I won’t miss being pregnant I will miss her. So much.

I have been with dr. Parikh from my 6th month of pregnancy. As this is my first child, It’s always important to understand pregnancy and to get support in best possible ways. Dr. Parikh always explained , provided best options throughout my pregnancy. I never thought it would go this smooth. I really appreciate for your patience and detailed explanations always. special thanks for instant replies for my messages/queries on the portal and getting my baby to this world.

I am shocked by these reviews. Dr. Parikh was rushed, uninformed about why I was there, and worst of all, disregarded a very basic request I made, thereby causing me unnecessary pain and discomfort. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Parikh is one of the best OBGYN doctors I’ve ever been to. She combines the highest grade of knowledge and professionalism with a perfectly compassionate, and friendly approach. I always feel she truly cares about me and my health and that makes the difference. She is very thorough and makes sure all of your questions are answered.

She’s by far the best Obgyn I’ve ever had. She’s thorough and never makes you feel rushed during an appointment. Very knowledgeable and goes through everything with you. Also extremely responsive when I message her on the patient portal!

Dr. Parikh is great. She’s knowledgeable and has good bedside manners. Appointments are quick but get things done. She’s very responsive and always responded to my messages within the day. She’s my OB throughout my pregnancy and performed a gyn laparoscopic surgery for me.

Zero complaints. Highly recommend.
