Our experience thus far has been simply amazing. Dr. Hardin exhibits a perfect blend of professionalism with motherhood. She addresses my concerns promptly and eases my worries away no matter how trivial the situation maybe. Rather in her office or in my home she always uses ppe, which is refreshing at the cusp of this pandemic. I am sure we will continue to be apart of the MyKidzMD Pediatrics family for years to come.

I have been calling all day just to get scheduled. I spoke to a women on he phone at 830 who promised to call me right back to get my son on the schedule. By noon I had not heard back so I called and nobody answered. I called again at 245 still no answer. I called from my husbands phone at 4 and she picked up but as soon as she heard my voice she hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. It should not be this difficult just to get scheduled for a test.
