Dr. Regina Saenz, DDS

This doctor extracted my wisdom teeth and it ended up being the worst experience of my life. There seems to be a recurring issue with anesthesia effectiveness and attentiveness to patients' excruciating pain, as noted in other reviews. I was injected quickly while she was on the phone and started digging my teeth out without any warning. They tell you that the pain you feel is just pressure and that it is normal even though I could clearly feel my roots being ripped off my jaw bone. She was talking gossip with the assistant while I was crying in pain. It was a torturous experience. Please do not take the risk and go to a different office.

Very aggressive, reckless, she broke the crown next to extraction

While anesthesia hadn’t taken effect , she pulled my tooth , broke it in pieces , and broke the crown of the adjacent tooth. ( $1000 brand new crown) + The pain and suffering I’ve gone through is indescribable. But , She makes people sign a paper to accept any and all risks. My Mom visited the office and was treated like a queen. Never had a better experience.

I visited Dr. Saenz in Homestead yesterday. She extracted an impacted tooth I had. Her front office staff, the anesthesiologist and the dr were amicable, caring and professional. My anxiety dissipated due to their extreme kindness! I was very satisfied and I will definitely recommend Dr Saenz to friends and family. I suffer from very real fear and anxiety of dentists, however, many of my fears were calmed due to their family-like atmosphere and care.

I had a cracked tooth that need to come out. I was preparing for the wosrt in pain. Dr Saenz explained to me the shot to numb would be the most painful part. I was expecting her to take a hour to pull it out. Once the area was numb it took less than 30 seconds. I felt a light pull . It was over. Unreal , ! Man I was happy

I was referred to Dr. Saenz to get my wisdom tooth removed, during the procedure she was on the phone the whole time planning a trip, she broke and of my teeth, if your complaint of pain while extracting your teeth she won't stop. Horrible place, very unprofessional I won't recommend her. If you have insurance please go to another Dentist.

She has two locations now and one is in Homestead FL. I had a broken tooth and am elderly. My past experiences with oral surgery were horrible, so I was very apprehensive. Her staff were warm, friendly, and kind. The doctor herself was very understanding and sympathetic. She was excellent and I would definitely recommend her. Not only did I make it through the surgery with only local pain killers, but it was over very quick.

I was referred to this Doctor by my Dentist and let me tell you that I do not comprehend why would anyone refer this place. The office is disgusting and you can hear the secretary or whatever she is gossiping and complaining to other employees from the waiting area. They did some x-rays and sent the request to my insurance for approval and for whatever reason my insurance denied it and thank God they did. I was extremely nervous for having my wisdom teeth removed because I've seen other family members go through this and had terrible experiences, incredible swelling, uncontrollable pain, and GI reactions to the narcotics. Dr Regina knew just how nervous I was and recommended IV sedation & local anesthesia so that I wouldn't have to watch and feel the whole procedure. Best idea ever because I closed my eyes and before I knew it I woke up and was asking for more sedation because I didn't feel anyth
