He performed two lung surgeries on my son. He is very professional, kind and caring. He explains everything in terms we were all able to understand.

In trying to reach Dr. Baptiste to possibly offer some assistance with coronavirus masks I came across this review section. Last March (2019) I developed a massive infection in my lung requiring surgery to remove the large mass. He was very upfront with me that I may lose at least part of the lung but promised he would do everything he could to save it. I am very happy to say his surgery was successful and I fully recovered after a few months out of the hospital. I have no doubt without his expertise I likely would have not made it. I am forever grateful.

In 2010, Dr Baptiste did my mother's quadruple bypass surgery. In 2018, Dr Baptiste did my lung biopsy. He was very forthcoming, and spent more time than expected from a doctor, answering all our questions and explaining the procedure. He is very compassionate, and has a good bedside manner. He did visit me each day of my week in hospital. I would highly recommend Dr Baptiste to anyone needing a surgeon.

Dr Baptiste performed lung surgery for my cancer located behind my lung May 2016. He was friendly and very professional. Unfortunately my cancer has spread to my abdominal lymph node so he will be performing surgery again in 2018. I completely trust him and believe he is the best.

Dr. Baptiste has preformed 2 surgeries on my son and there is no one more professional, understanding, compassionate and personable than Dr. B and his staff. As a retired nurse, I would recommend him to ANYONE that desires the highest quality of care for loved ones.

I regret not being able to make Dr. Baptiste's acquaintance in person, however I did have the misfortune of interacting with him over the phone. He has a clear disrespect for his peers in healthcare, as evidenced by his sarcastic, condescending, and misdirected telephone monologue. He is obviously unaware of the appropriate means of obtaining information from and considerately interacting with others. I can only hope for his patients that his unfavorable personality doesn't reflect his practice.

Dr. Baptiste performed surgery on my mother. I thought he did an excellent job for the circumstance. He answered all of my questions open and honestly. Very informative and professional. I also felt he was as comforting as he could be for the difficult situation.

After Dr Baptiste botched my surgery, I had a second heart attack two days later while still in the Hospital. I was in the hospital for a total of 7 days and Baptiste only visited me once, and that was to make an excuse for why my surgery failed. After that I never saw him again, even when I went in for my follow-up appointment,I only spoke with his assistant.
