Really liked this Dr. He was nice and personable. He explained everything well. He was prompt and on time.

Possibly the biggest scam I've ever encountered with a doctor visit... and that's saying something! I went to see Dr. Ahmad for a fairly benign problem I needed to get confirmation on. The visit lasted exactly 5 minutes with about 45 sec of actual diagnostic. No collection of specimen, nothing complex, and I was sent on my way with no need for medication or anything whatsoever. He, in essence, looked at my body for about 40 seconds. I received a bill for $717 dollars, half of it being for "diagnostic" and the other for "low complexity visit". Which is, needless to say, redundant, as I would be unlikely to go see a doctor and not expect a diagnostic. I asked for those charges to be re-evaluated, as they seemed completely out of proportion. They were confirmed by the "coders" (whomever they may be, they seem omnipotent). I was expecting a $50 copay for a specialist visit, but instead, Dr Ahmad's team made sure I would get rinsed to the max.

Dr. Ahmad helps me with hemmorhoids and is kind, professional and always explains things well and asks me if I have questions and listens to what I think and need.

I just had a short visit with him, but Dr. Ahmad was wonderful. He was kind, respectful, and urgent. He spoke to me both frankly and with empathy, and went out of his way to make sure I would be comfortable with my problem resolved as soon as possible. He is a great doctor!

Dr. Ahmad performed a sigmoid resection on in mid November. It was nearly a 5 hour surgery. I walked out of Providence 48 hours later. I stopped using pain killers 3 days later. I was driving 2 days after that. All bodily systems were working just fine. I credit the speed of my recovery to the remarkable degree of skill and understanding of Dr. Ahmad. What he does is the place where art meets science. And to boot, he's a genuinely pleasant person with a refreshing dry wit. He visited me twice in the hospital and called me at home a week out to see how I was doing. The entire experience far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend him without reservation.

Dr. Rehan Ahmad is a highly skilled surgeon. He's very knowledgeable in his area of his expertise and exercises good judgement. I never felt rushed in any of my visits and he took great care to make sure to answer all my questions and to address my concerns. In addition to being an excellent physician, he's also a warm and compassionate human being and has a great sense of humor and positive attitude. I highly recommend him.

Rehan Ahmed is a dangerous person. I can't, in good conscience, recommend a man with the title of doctor who, I have witnessed personally, abuse his power at the health of those he has been tasked with treating.
