Best Doctor Ever Period
I've never met another doctor that cared as much about his patients as Dr.Harney. As a new mom he makes me feel totally at ease and takes every question seriously. I will never take my baby to anyone else because of how sincere and open minded his aproach has been. As a young father himself he really understands what his patient's families are going through and has so much compassion for them. My husband jokes going to his office is like going to the spa because of how relaxed we feel afterwards.

Sweet Soft-spoken surfer dude Doctor
Dr.Harney is the best. He is so compassionate and gentle with his little patients. My daughter was a frequent flyer when we lived in the area and he was always so personable with us and honest. His gentle manners were a match for my young daughters comfort. He is the best. I recommend Dr. Harney. P.S. he accepts med-ical ;^)

Dr.Harney is wonderful I don't think I will ever take my daughter to anyone else. No question goes unanswered and he makes sure to follow up on all of my concerns. He is gentle with children and has so much compassion to all of us worried mothers. I highly recommend him and I am thankful he has watched over my child for two years.

Dr. Harney is amazing with children and makes them feel at ease which is very helpful when I'm trying to keep an eye on numerous children in the office. Dr. Harney reminds me of our local surfers here in Ventura; plus he's very calm and collective. I would definitely recommend him and the Pediatrics office that is located inside VCMC,
