Terrible physician
I am appalled at this physicians lack of care, concern, empathy and patience. She is my grandfathers doctor at Trinity hospital, and she barely listens to a word he says. She interrupts him, interrupts me, places blame on the nursing staff, etc. She came to visit my grandfather for 5 mins and literally told me she doesn’t have time to answer my questions and explain the physiology of things. She was rude and kept telling me “you need to ask the urologist” or “that’s a question for the nurses”. She was rude and was clearly unfamiliar with the care my grandfather was receiving because when asked simple questions she got very defensive. This is not a physician who cares or gives you the time of day. I could go on and on, but nutshell, terrible doctor.

Horrible experience - Deserves no stars at all
My mother went into the hospital with vision problems. She ended up having emergency brain surgery. She was diagnosed with a large mass in her head and several on her lungs. She need a referral for a pet scan. Due to the urgency the pet scan was scheduled but she needed to get the referral asap. She was looking for a new doctor because her original primary would not send her to a neurologist to have her issues addressed because he didn't feel it was necessary. (That was before the emergency brain surgery). She made an appointment with Dr. Rekha Bhoomi. Mind you she just needs the referral. Dr. Bhoomi told my mother that she could not help her or be her doctor because my mothers issues were too complicated for her. That is what a referral to a specialist is for. Very unprofessional. She also told my mother that she could and would not recommend to anyone else. My mother is on Medicare insurance so finding new doctors is a huge process. She will miss her pet scan now. HORRIBLE!!!

Most caring doctor nit have ever been too. Always remembers my prior complaints and worries. Takes her time on each visit. Would recommend her practice to everyone

Went in with chest pains came out with a script for antidepressants. She didn’t ask why I was there. I guess she saw I had ptsd and adhd and went “yeah, that’s why she’s there.” She only finally addressed my chest pain when I finally got a word in in the last five minutes. I have socially anxiety so I found it hard to get a word in and all in all found it uncomfortable. She was polite as was the front desk lady. I also only had to wait like max ten minutes before seeing Bhoomi despite being a new patient. However they sent the prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and didn’t send over the paperwork for the bloodwork despite suggesting I get it done. I would suggest avoiding since it was just too many problems.

I cannot begin to say how much Dr. Bhoomi, Dr. Reddy and Jamie have helped me, i always leave there knowing they care for me, we go over everything wrong and see how i am progressing and what to do to get better!!! love all these health providers Kathy

Worst doctor ever! Wait times are over 2 hours and when you finally see her, she takes 5 minutes to punch keys on her keyboard and won't even listen to what you have to say. Go anywhere but here!

Dr Bhoomi listens and tgruly incorportates her treatment according to your input and symptoms. She is very knowledgeable. She touches on every aspect of your health issues. Her staff or horrid, unprofessional , not even polite. Don't acknowledge your presence, never return calls or follow up on lab results . They definitely need replaced. They are dangerous. Dr. Bhoomi needs to be made aware of this.

The office staff is the most uncaring unprofessional group I've ever dealt with. They will never return your calls, and the last time I called I was told not to call anymore. I had left 4 messages in regards to my diagnostic tests, every time I was told they would call me back but never did. I finally got my results from the diagnostics place myself. A month later I called for an appt for being sick they said they'd call back. Never did. I was told not to call anymore after 3rd call.
