Dr. Rekha Pole, MD

I have been going to this facility for 9 YEARS. Seeing Dr Pole for 4 to 5 years. I missed appointments recently due to LIFE but had a standing appointment and spoke to the facility but I am RELEASED FROM HER CARE DUE TO FAILURE TO FOLLOW TREATMENT PLAN. I MISSED 3 APPOINTMENTS ALL IM THE SAME TIME FRAME AND WAS CHARGED. Spoke to them so they knew and Im just RELEASED? This is not a job that I am a no call no show and I get fired. This is my health that I am on medication for and 9 YEARS!! Talk about feel WORTHLESS from my own doctor. I paid for the missed appointments 100 each and SPOKE TO THEM. I had a standing appt on 2.26 but Im just dropped knowing Im on medication. This goes against everything I was seeing Dr Pole for. Abandon patients and make them feel more worthless than they already do.

The process was effortless, the staff are super friendly and Dr. Pole is the best!! She is patient, calm, asks lots of pertinent questions and slow to add or change medications. She is definitely not a knee-jerk kind of Dr. I love the entire experience!

I’ve seen many providers in my 54 years, AND I’m a master degreed RN. Dr. Pole is very thorough, she really cares & she’s the best Psychiatrist I’ve known. Most just prescribe meds and that’s it, she cares about the person

She was able to confirm my diagnosis and create a treatment plan quickly but extremely thoroughly. She is easy to talk to and never makes me feel rushed. I am so grateful to have found her. I also love the staff - they are patient and very helpful.

Dr and staff is on time. Everyone is very polite Dr. Pole is the absolute best, she listens and have an open door policy she makes the appointments about your concerns and needs. She is not interested in keeping you drugged up but more so getting your diagnosis correct and treating you correctly. I haven’t felt this good in a very long time. Not that my life is perfect but she helped me manage it. Most importantly she listens to me. We came up with a plan and it’s working just fine the doses are correct and again I haven’t felt like this since before 2018 had a lot going on one thing after another.Before I came to Dr.Pole I had seen at least three different psychiatrist not that they were bad we were not a good fit. I remember asking Dr.Pole Don’t I deserve to feel better? I can remember on one of my appointments she repeated it back to me.I remember thinking wow she listens to me. Not sure about others Doctors there but Dr Pole is top notch In my opinion. Remember your a team.

Great experience

Dr. Pole is friendly, intelligent, and a great communicator. She assessed my overall mental health to a high degree and recommended testing. I completely comfortable with Dr. pole and look forward to working with her further. I believe we will improve my quality of life.

Dr. Rekha Pole is a wonderful psychiatrist, who takes the time to listen and check in at every appointment. I never feel like she's in a hurry to get to her next appointment and always very helpful in addressing any concerns I may have.

She is very thorough. Very skilled in drawing a person out. I can tell she has a lot of experience. I was very pleased with the visit.

I absolutely love Dr. Pole. She never judges and is very good about my medication changes.

Dr. Pole listened intently to my concerns and how I was feeling. She listened in a very compassionate and understanding manner. She asked follow up questions to learn more about me, and also asked me if I had any questions for her. She made me feel as if we jointly diagnosed my condition and figured a treatment plan. I'm lucky to have found her!

Dr. Pole is the very best!! She is very caring and personable. Do be careful if you miss an appointment or are late as you will be assessed a charge on both occasions.

Dr Rekha Pole is a good Doctor but she and her staff has communication problems and they are unprofessional. I needed an appointment for my daughter and she was gone to India so I had to take her to her primary care physician. Then I wanted a refill on my daughter's medicine that Dr Pole prescribed and Dr Pole denied it and I kept calling the office and I was transferred to Linsey her assistant but Linsey never called me back for two days. Please go to a different professional psychiatrist.

Been going to her for years, and she is absolutely amazing!
