The doctor ordered a sonogram and she will then tell me her recommendation based on the results of the sonogram. I did the sonogram and never hear back from the doctor again. I called the office like 10 time and they are giving me different stories of why I am not getting the results of the sonogram or anything from the doctor. I don't know what is going on with this practice but I had never experience this kind of bad service from a Doctor.

After an elevated level noted in a blood panel, I only received a call from some office representative (she never indicated her capacity/expertise/role--she could have been a file clerk for all I know) who was unable to answer my questions and had to call me back (indicating she had to ask the doctor). After the 2nd call to me made by the same individual who, again, could not answer my additional question, I indicated that perhaps the doctor should call me back so that I could speak with her directly. She said she'd talk to the doctor again and call me back. Crickets. No call back. I still don't have a clue what the elevated level in my blood panel means. The "everything is ok" stated by the person who called me contradicts the diagnosis of hypothyrodism by my primary care provider with the subsequent prescription of levothyroxine. Why does it make sense for someone in the office to call patients when he/she cannot answer questions that the patient has? In what world does this
