Dr. Ajiboye gave me my life back!!!
MIRICLES HAPPEN!!! For 2 years, I have been unable to stand for more than 5 seconds or walk for more than 1 block without severe right leg pain and lately left leg pain as well. After 2 years of literally trying everything to avoid back surgery, I finally found an open MRI and got two opinions on what to do. If I listened to the "surgeon to the stars", I would still be in the hospital having had a general anesthetic. Remi Ajiboye, MD operated on me yesterday at 7am under local anesthetic and a twilight sleep (propofol). As soon as I was in recovery all my lower extremity pain was gone and I was home by 1pm. Dr. Ajiboye and I had to convince the Anesthesiologist that it could be done and IT WAS PERFECT. I got onto the OR table and the next thing I new was that I was in recovery. Dr. Ajiboye is incredible!!! He is warm, compassionate, a great listener, and a highly skilled back surgeon, and calls me back within 10 minutes.

Dr. Ajiboye is thorough and patient focused. I always leave his office feeling better informed than when I came in, and, *bonus*, I'm not in constant, excruciating pain anymore.

Very, very caring!!! So happy I made the decision for him to perform my surgery. Because I needed such a serious surgery, my family was also concerned. The surgery went well and I'm recovering excellently. The pain I was experiencing is no longer present. I no longer need or take pain medication. And I was on pain meds for 10 years. Finally, someone, Dr. Ajiboye, fixed the problem instead of covering it up.

Dr. Ajiboye is simply fantastic. He takes the time to explain your condition and available treatment options. He is compassionate and listens to your concerns. After years of back pain from stenosis and degenerative discs and enduring physical therapy, chiropractic treatments, lumbar epidurals, facet injections I found complete relief beyond all my expectations after my lumbar fusion. Dr. Ajiboye is highly respected by the hospital staff and I highly recommend him as well.

To say I was anxious and nervous is an understatement. I have been fortunate to be healthy and never required surgery prior to my operation. Dr. Ajiboye was caring, compassionate, and attentive to my concerns. Educated me on my condition, was thorough in identifying options and next steps, and was able to dispel all of my concerns by validating and acknowledging my fear and being responsive and patient prior, during, and following my surgery.

My experience with Dr. Ajiboye was excellent. He is a very caring doctor. He listened to everything I had to say, addressed each and every one of my many questions... he remembered my circumstances upon followup conversations and gave me very tailored and practical advice based on my specific concerns. We discussed every option before me - from taking no action at all (waiting out my symptoms to allow inflammation to die down on its own), to taking oral steroids, and the potential for physical therapy to help or not help - he was so patient in educating me / helping me to come to my own conclusions. (I've been suffering from foot and leg numbness for about a month...) Many thanks Dr. Ajiboye.

There was so much anxiety and anticipation in preparation of my scheduled consultation with Dr. Ajiboye. However, most of my concern were laid to rest and the experience was very productive and reassuring. Dr. Ajiboye’s explanation of my condition and options were succinct, and very much calmed my nerves! I look forward to the prescribed regimen and pain management process. A huge thanks to the office staff that made check-in through check-out a professional and pleasant experience!

I am very pleased with the care I received before and after my spinal fusion surgery. I knew I was in good hands from day one and that was supported by how much he is liked and respected by the staff and surgical team at Little Company of Mary Hospital. I would most definitely recommend Dr Ajiboye to family & friends.

Bone on bone at my L5/S1. Saw him for an initial and he told me to go get a newer MRI. Fine, that’s normal. Went back the second time and he read it and it was as expected. Basically told me I was just going to be in pain but suggested an epidural. Insurance approved there MRI and then I called to make an appointment for the epidural and was told he doesn’t do them and I would have to come in and meet another doctor in the group - why wasn’t I told that at the second appointment? Six months later I’m still trying to get an appointment to meet the second doctor. Avoid this clinic.

Thank you Dr. A for giving me my life back. He did neck surgery on me. I am back to working again and have never felt better. He explained the whole process of surgery to me, showed me all my xrays and MRI and walked me through the whole recovery process step by step. God bless him.

Doctor Ajiboye has been terrific so far! My mom had surgery yesterday and is ready to come home today. Nice to see a non invasive back surgery that seems to do the job. There will be recovery but just like any surgery.
