BEST Dr EVER
I've been seeing Dr. Jacques for years! He has ALWAYS been so patient with me. He takes his time and listens to my concerns. He genuinely cares about me and advocates for me and my health. He went out of his way to find a specialist for me. He is cheerful and happy, laughs, and always goes above and beyond to address any and every concern. He provides excellent care, I never worry and after every one of my appointments I leave completely relieved. I would recommend Dr Jacques to my friends, family, and anyone! He really is THE BEST in all of Central Illinois.

Best Dr Ever!!
Dr Jaques actually cares about his patients! He listens to his patients! He doesn’t believe in throwing medicine down your throat like some do. Dr Jaques has Never been rude, but I have seen people get rude cuz they don’t like what is being said.

Unkind
He was very rude and had no compassion for my wife’s case. She is facing serious issues and he just kept saying is that all? And acted like he couldn’t be bothered with questions.

Dr. Jacques is very caring, and takes time with me in the exam room. Dr. is willing to listen, resolve issues and always ask if there is anything else today. It is also nice to see a Dr. with a great smile and personality. I would highly recommend his care to anyone.
