I can't speak more highly about Dr. Arlow and her staff in her office as well as the operating room. This is a very unnerving thing some women have to go through but Dr. Arlow and her staff made it so much more easier in view of what I was going through with both a biopsy and then surgery. Every single person in her office, including her, had such great compassion and understood completely about the anxiety of going through tests. Her scheduler, Kathy Miller, and Carissa, the nurse navigator, were exceptionally kind and compassionate. The breast department at Conemaugh Hospital is top notch and there is NO need to go anywhere else to get great care. I thank God that I was led to Dr. Arlow and her staff. They made a very scary experience as easy as they could under the circumstances.

My Lifesaver
After finding a mass, I was sent for a biopsy. The radiologist was unable to find a defined focal point to take a tissue sample from and scheduled me for an MRI guided biopsy. Due to scheduling constraints it was going to be a couple of weeks before it could be done. By the time I arrived home that afternoon I had a message that Dr Arlow wanted to see me the next day. At that appointment she said she wanted to do the biopsy herself in her office immediately. After my results came back we come up with a treatment plan and my surgery was completed in weeks rather than months. She is an amazing and compassionate doctor with an equally dedicated staff. Every time I went for an appointment the office staff greeted me by name and I felt genuinely very cared for. I owe her my life!

I LOVE Dr Arlow! From the day I met her I knew my friend was right - she is the absolute best! Cancer is extremely scary but she took away alot of the unknown, by explaining everything to us, which helped me and my husband so so much. She has been there to support me through it all. Every time I have needed something she is there to see me quickly and address my concerns. In addition, to providing the best medical care, she truly cares about the whole me. Her office staff are all wonderful as well and every other doctor she has suggested I go see (my oncologist, for example) I have loved as well. Although all are incredible, none quite compare to Dr Arlow!

Blessed to have Dr. Arlow as my breast care doctor
I recently had a scare. I had to choose what breast surgeon to see. I read whatever was available and decided I felt really good about going to see Dr. Arlow. I was seen very quickly and after my first appointment I was reassured that I made the right decision by choosing her. She is kind, understanding, compassionate, experienced, intelligent and very professional in a friendly way. She has a wonderful, supportive and caring staff. She also has a fabulous biopsy team that I very strongly recommend. I know that I was lead to Dr. Arlow and I recommend her without hesitation. As women, we need her and we are lucky she is in our area. If all Doctors were like her, this world would be such a better place.

Highly recommend Dr. Arlow
I am 49 and had my first breast scare last year. Needless to say, I was beside myself. But Dr. Arlow and her whole team were WONDERFUL. If I lived on the other side of the United States, I would still travel to see them. They know what they are doing and they have a tremendous bedside manner. Highly recommend.

Superhero
I had my surgery October of 2020. Dr. Arlow and her staff were amazing! Scared and alone (mandated by covid), this group went out of their way to care and comfort me. Dr. Arlow gave me information with honesty and compassion. Two years later they treat me like I'm still a new patient. I seriously liken Dr. Arlow to a Superhero! Obviously, I highly recommend her!
