Worst staff team ever
Incredibly rude staff. My wife arrived for her appointment on time and the staff was immediately rude that she had not arrived 10 minutes early and told her that she should have checked her online chart. My wife apologized and the staff said they would have to check to see if they could still see her for her appointment that she was on time for. My wife then told the staff that she would leave since she was clearly burdening this staff team, at this time the lady who draws blood then began raising her voice, continuing being rude while there were multiple other people and staff in the office lobby. My wife has had good experience with Dr Gallo but will absolutely not be returning to this practice due to the horrendous treatment she received from the staff. That is no way to treat people and no way to conduct business.

Love dr Gallo
Dr Gallo has addressed all my needs with attention, care and blunt honesty. Im biased because she also saved my mothers life by spotting a heart issue early on. She’s a saint in my eyes.

Keep Looking
Probably the worst doctor I've ever had. She puts no effort into patient care. All her effort goes into milking the insurance company. When asked a medical question, she wines and cries and says answering the question is not covered by the insurance. Never had a doctor do that before. Read the other negative reviews, they're spot on. I would give zero stars if possible. The one star is an undeserved gift.

Dr. Gallo's office is unique in that you always get a live person on the phone and a return phone call! She sees her own patients and does not turn you over to a Nurse Practitioner, a real marvel today. I would highly recommend her, find her caring, personable and always gives superb referrals!

Dr Gallo is very thorough, she spent 45 minutes with me on my first visit! I am a 65 yr old male, and she sent me for three different screenings that my last two doctors never mentioned to me. The last thing she said as I was leaving her office, was welcome to our family,

I am a student at an Ivy League medical school. I have not had access to my thyroid medications during the pandemic and recently asked for a temporary refill, before I return to my clinical rotations, and explained my symptoms of fatigue and general low energy. Knowing my family is at increased risk of the virus, Dr. Gallo still refused to refill my thyroid medication until I went in for labs against the wishes of my family, and this medication is not addictive. I explained it was working well before, and I have felt bad since being off of it, and want to be back to where I was health wise before I began to see patients as a student, but there was no flexibility, even when I told her I would get labs once back in a safe locatation. Dr. Gallo will not listen to her patients and this reflects a tendency to believe she knows more than they do, even if they study medicine as well, or have information that could sway the outcomes towards another conclusion.

I had difficulty finding the office (my fault) so, I called and the person answering the phone came to me and brought me into the office. She was pleasant, understanding, professional and personable. This was the worst part of my visit. I am 57 years old and have never felt this comfortable with a doctor and their staff. Everyone spoke with me and no one spoke down to me. The Doctor was exceptional in caring for each issue I came to her with. She explained things clearly, asked questions and encouraged me to participate in decisions regarding my health and healthcare. BEST EVER!

First let me say, Im an asthmatic so imagine my suprise when this doc recently refused to refill my asthma meds...and her staff had the nerve to call me and tell me that my most recent request for asthma meds was, "inappropriate". They never even inquired if I was okay.... wow!!! (Patient for more than 5 years) The staff are horribly rude, Renee has been nice and personable at most visits, but she can be rude paticularly when you ask her to work with other practitioners.

So I wouldn't say Dr. Gallo is terrible, but I definitely don't feel compelled to recommend her. To begin with, her front office staff is cold, and sometimes unpleasant. More importantly, upon my first visit I felt like I was being viewed and treated as an opportunity to cash in on claim money. With mild complaints I had so much work done to include what was referred to as an EKG, but the equipment was old, and malfunctuoned. Dr. Insists on appt. for simple refills! I'm looking foe a new Doc.

Dr. Gallo is EXCELLENT!! I have been a patient for over 10 yrs during which time I have dealt with severe chronic medical conditions, including bipolar disorder and leukemia. She listens, is thorough, caring, and sensitive. I have always been able to get needed appointments on short notice. Yes, at times I've felt her office staff didn't meet her standards. She has corrected the problem. I'm keeping Dr. Gallo for primary care. I use Mayo Clinic for all specialty referrals.

Am a new patient of Dr. Gallo and have seen her 3 times in 6 months. I really like her services, how thorough she is and making you feel at ease. The reason for my low rating has to do with her front office staff. They do not have a clue what customer service is. Over the phone Jeannette is extremely rude. You are required to sign a form saying you will not be rude to the staff - now I know why. Considering switching doctors not because of Dr. Gallo but because of her front office staff.
