Dr. Rhonda Kobold, DO

She has no care for her patients. After a difficult delivery she had absolutely no sympathy for any of my discomfort and pain. It was a traumatizing experience, exacerbated by her rude and callous demeanor.

Went to see Dr Kobold for vaginal bleeding. She was late to my appointment then asked me if I was ready for my yearly exam. I had to explain that’s not why I’m here. Never examined me but was ready to do surgery. Sent me for an ultrasound. I was told I would hear from her scheduler next week. It’s been over a month. I finally read my test results online after 3 weeks. I was told results would be same day. Never heard from anyone again and yes I called. I will never be back. I am an RN and work at the hospital she had privileges at.

I went to my first visit for a second pregnancy. No blood work completed or ultrasound. Actually I was refused an ultrasound by the NP Teressa C. Kuz who was dismissive of my concerns of cramping and spotting. She said “I’m really not concerned you are having a miscarriage” and sent me on my way saying I could get an ultrasound any day but that day. I went back the next day to find out in fact I was most likely having a miscarriage unless my dates were wrong which they were not. The tech barely explained her findings said I would come back next week and call if I bleed. A doctor never spoke to me. Long story short I went to a different OBGYN who confirmed miscarriage and was appalled that I was originally denied an ultrasound and not given blood work. Just had a D&C 5 days after Teressa gave me false misinformed hope. If you don’t want traumatic mistreatment go somewhere else.

The office was caring for me during a pregnancy. I made multiple attempts (4+ appts) to be seen by Dr. Kobold however all appointments were cancelled with the exception of one. I was told she was “in a delivery” that morning and when I looked up, she was standing in the doorway. I said, “isn’t that her?” Was told by staff I would be seen by another provider anyway. Two of my appointments were cancelled while I was sitting in the waiting room. They changed hospital affiliations in the middle of my pregnancy which I understand however I was notified by email when I had just been seen in the office the day prior. I would have appreciated to be told in person so I could ask questions, etc. Dr. Kobold ended up being the physician on call when it was time for me to deliver and did not make it to the hospital on time. I was delivered by hospital staff. I still received a hefty bill for her services. Disappointing experience all around and would not recommend.

After spending 3 hours on the phone between this office and my insurance company someone at Partridge Creek finally informed me that the do not do pre authorizations with insurance companies for prenatal genetic testing due to a “special contract” they have with the testing company. Not only did they waste my time but it’s extremely saddening they care more about making money for themselves and this genetics company than the health of my baby. What is “only usually $350” to them is a lot to me.

Love this office. Dr.Kobold delivered my baby girl in August and I was so happy I had her as my doctor. I had a difficult pregnancy with having extremely high fluid and very low iron. I was in their office every week sometimes 3 times a week for stress tests and ultrasounds and visits with tonya and dr.kobold. from the time I was 25 weeks and on. Anytime I had any concerns or was worried they were amazing at answering any questions or concerns that I had. The doctors and staff are amazing!

I just called trying to transfer to this office. I'm 3 months pregnant and they were expecting me to wait until I am 5 months along before I can even meet a doctor. The receptionist kept saying they don't do "meet and greets" I was not asking for that. I was asking if the intake and record transfer appt. with the NP could be made before my next OB appointment is due, so I would be able to meet a doctor in 1 month instead of 2. Unreasonable to expect me to transfer and wait 2 mo to see my doc.

Dr.Kobold is very easy to talk to, is very knowledgeable, and is able to answer any questions I have in a way I can understand. The whole staff is friendly and they care about you which makes for a comfortable visit.

I love Dr. Kobold, she is so caring and I always feel like her priority when she's caring for me. She recently delivered my daughter and I could not have asked for a more amazing and knowledgeable doctor to be by my side. I will be a lifelong patient of hers. Her staff and office is always so polite and accommodating and I never have to wait for long periods of time.
