Very efficient Doctor
The staff was pleasant & made the office visit & appointment making very easy. The doctor is knowledgeable, experienced & thorough. He actually listens to you instead of most other docs who just rush you out of the room, uh humming you every 5 seconds. I had a good experience. Dont listen to the negative reviews on here. The bottom line is you can't make everyone happy but this doctor will help you with your ailments.

Felt like a scam. The doctor himself is okay, but wasn’t very thorough. He also has had his license suspended currently and is not able to prescribe some medications, including controlled substances. There is this shady practice where they take your blood, send it to a lab, and then the lab sends you a bill for ~$3,200. The assistant will tell you “Oh. Ignore it. They will take whatever insurance pays them.” And then the lab will send multiple follow-ups and hunt you down for routine lab work that is then deemed “out of network.” Both the lab and the doctor’s office seem to know what’s going on because upon multiple emails between the lab and the doctor’s office, it eventually stops. Shady practice. Seemingly good guy. Bad doctor.

Dr. Issa's ANNUAL physical exam consisted of an assistant weighing me, taking my blood pressure & "attempting" to draw blood. She couldn't find a "good vein" so asked another staffer for help. Then Dr. Issa entered the room. He shook my hand and spoke to me for a few minutes about any concerns ... then walked out the door! The exam was over. I had never even gotten undressed - or was asked to do so. And I have a platinum plan! To get info on blood test results, you need to come in & pay a copay

I have had several appointments with Dr. Issa. He seemed friendly, efficient and caring. He took the time to make an appropriate diagnosis for my condition, and did his best to treat me. His staff is ok i guess, but I'm only rating the Doctor for this review. I would recommend him to anyone.

This review is more for his office staff that is rude and unprofessional. They sent me a bill for an office visit that never happened. Their explanation was because I had a refill for a controlled substance. I sent proof that I have no prescriptions for controlled substances and there was no office visit-my last visit was 6 months prior to the bill date. The lady was rude and yelling and kept talking about my insurance!! After telling her 6 times to erase the fake bill-she finally did.
