Terrible. My ENT in Tulsa referred me. Drove 2 hrs and then had to wait 2 hrs past my appt time. Dr. Baker was rude, dismissed my concerns of a dehiscence of the semicircular canal or sigmoid sinus, had me go through 3 unrelated tests (that all came back normal), then refused to do a telehealth or virtual visit follow up after my car was stolen and I couldn't make the drive. Complete waste of time and money. Doesn't care about his patients at all and was even rude to his own nurse.

Worst bedside manner and surgery ever! I had 3 years of pain & infections after a Baha implant by him. I have photos too. He couldn't see anything wrong with it...after 2 surgeries by another Dr in ABQ, I had to get it removed! Forget trying to use it...Dr. Horn told me it would never have healed the way it was implanted. Dr Baker never even tried to correct the problem, or acknowledge it! He even answered his cell phone while examining me.
