Never got to see Biebuyck. His office called me before the appointment to tell me they only accept cash. I was surprised and said that I have an HSA that I use for medical expenses. She said they only accept cash and I can get reimbursed by my HSA. I then said that this was very unusual and she said, "that's fine. would you like me to cancel your appointment?" I hesitated for about 5 sec, very creeped out by her extremely perky question. Then she said, I've canceled your apmt and hung up.

I truly enjoyed my experience with Dr. Biebuyck as I feel as though he truly cares about his patients. I even asked him about incorporating supplements into my medications and he provided very useful recommendations/suggestions along these lines.

I was impressed with my first visit with Dr. Biebuyck. Despite the review below, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. A good experience all around.

Dr Biebuyck is a great doctor. However, the staff at Old Town Psychiatric is the worst staff I've ever come in contact with. Unfortunately for Dr. Biebuyck, the staff is keeping patients away from him. I do not recommend going to this office. Please do not go. There are many other offices who will value you as a patient and treat you in a professional matter. Old Town Psychiatric is not that place, they are disrespectful, unprofessional, and have no regard for giving care to the patient.
