So let’s talk about Mrs. Susan the office manager of this office! I explained to her how I was feeling and how I was treated at this office and she couldn’t give one care what I was saying! She was very dismissive to what I was saying to her. I complained on one of her office staff and she could care less that a staff of hers was treating a paying patient that way. It’s starts there, if the office manager doesn’t practice patient care 101 then how does her staff expect to do the same. This dr. Office has no compassion at all for their patients! They will not try to accommodate you at all, and the office manager isn’t very helpful at all. When asked if I could have my records to see another doctor she didn’t even try to understand why or even try to offer a helping hand! She dryly told me that my records would be at the front desk, also I was hung up on several times by an older lady receptionist that sounds like she should think about retiring. She kept cutting me off several times! I

Dr Caldwell is a excellent ENT doctor. I have been a patient since 2002. I don't believe you could find a doctor more concerned about your well being and answer your questions. Not only is he a awesome doctor he is a great friend.

Very good experience. Being a pessimist I was skeptical. I had alergies for 60 years and tried most everything with little luck. I am very satisfied.
