All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Dr. Campana is a caring, thoughtful doctor with great empathy and compassion for all his patients. His book, "Chasing Dopamine", is a must-read for anyone who is or knows someone who is suffering from any kind of addiction. I highly recommend making an appointment to discus possible treatment solutions.

Came to see Dr. Campana for a FAA exam and did I ever choose the right guy. Right from the beginning he assured me that this would be an easy process once we got the required documents to the FAA. I received my medical certificate about a month after his helpful, caring, friendly guidance and recommendation. This was during the CoVID19 time and I can't say enough about how well I was treated by him and his staff. A true honor to have him on my side! Thank you so much SIR!

I was a pilot with a special issuance which required a review of treating physicians at each flight physical. I brought to Campana all necessary information from my physicians for issuance of my first class medical. Normally I had seen my company’s AME which had issued my previous special issuance first class medical but he was unavailable before expiration. I made an appointment with “HMS AME” Campana. It was immediately clear to me while discussing my situation with Dr Campana he had never been presented with this type of issuance nor was aware of the rules involved. Although by the regs he had the authority to issue my medical, instead he reflexively called the FAA, misrepresented from his ignorance my case and threw a confused FAA my case to “stay out of trouble.” I am still trying to unravel the mess he created for me with the FAA. This “HMS AME” is clueless. If you require a medical of any type which requires special attention, run, don’t walk, away from Campana.

Terrible service. Waited in exam room for about 1 hour and never saw a soul. No other patients were there either. I recommend going anyplace but there.

I was at the end of my rope! I was seeing a "Dirty Doctor" in Newport News that would go missing all the time? I excepted this behavior from this "Doctor" Because I had zero self worth and thought this is the best it is ever going to be.@ One day he went missing AGAIN!? I couldn't take much more! The lack of Maintenance medication was not acceptable and was messing with my mind! I found Dr.Campana in Williamsburg va. Over 6 year's ago. My life has been far from perfect but I can manage it now..
