Dr. Richard Charlat, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Charlat for over three years now and in these three years he has been my rock. He really takes the time to ask questions and understand what I’m going through. He is the most patient and caring doctor. I’ve had the privilege of having I wish I could give him 10 stars because he absolutely deserves it. He saved my life.

Brilliant doctor! He had researched my complete medical history and knew everything I was going through (cancer) before I even walked through the door. Dr. C is kind, caring, and really seems to want to help. You won’t find another doctor like him. After several bad experiences with other psychiatrists I was reluctant to try another doctor, but Dr. C blew me away. He talks to you like a friend, is warm, personable, and will listen to what you have to say. Unlike other doctors who want you in and out, your time is your time and he truly makes it about you. I was not expecting such a great experience. You won’t be disappointed making an appointment with him.

Avoid this doctor. He miswrites prescriptions, sends them to the wrong pharmacy, puts you on med's you don't need, reduces your med dosages without asking or even telling you. He will do whatever he wants without consulting you, the patient. Very disorganized and unprofessional. He even tried to come on to me. Find someone else to help you.
