Never in my a million years if I was even still al
This happened about 20 years ago before these Google reviews but I hate and cannot stand this guy and he gives the good doctors out there a bad name . I have lived withCrohns and Colitis since I was 9 I am 50 now and every since I steered clear of these type of doctors I'm doing well without their tests, medicines poor bedside manners, and mind control, This guy here is why I won't go back to the digestive disease center in Pittsburgh, I wish he was retired he never did anything really bad but he never did anything really good either but if you like a doctor that's boring and don't crack a joke and is as stale as day old bread you will love him , ugh thinking what my problem was with him ok how would you like to have a electrolyte imbalance and needed fluids and nutrition and instead of giving me care he started laughing at my affliction now if that's what makes this man crack a smile there ya go he loves to see a person in pain .

After being admitted for severe abdominal pain, Dr. Duerr performed a colonoscopy to try to determine whether I was having a Crohns flare. Not only did I wake up during the procedure, I was not given anything for the inflammation and was told all my diagnostic tests were negative so I was being discharged. I was very disappointed that he did not care that I was still in pain and would not try to determine the source of my suffering and I am still in pain. I definitely would not recommend him.
