First he lies and then he ghosts.
He arranged a colonoscopy, said his fee covered it all, then I get bills. My wife also has suffered intestinal pain after he did the procedure. We call his office and he never calls back. He can not be trusted. You have been warned, use him at your own risk. Never again for us.Once he was a really good doctor, back about 15 years ago, but he changed. He was our doctor for many years. We are so sad he has changed.

My husband and I are long time patients of Dr. Eichel. He is a 5 star gastroenterologist, i.e., highly skilled and experienced. He takes time to explain what you need to know. He will answer your questions and concerns. He has an excellent disposition and a good sense of humor. The office support staff people aside from being very nice, are very helpful, as well as knowledgeable. The exam rooms have windows, which I consider a nice amenity as I don't like closed in rooms.
