Dr. Richard Ferro, DO

He has done 2 Kyroplastics on my back. Both were very successful. He takes the time to sit and talk with you and he listens. You can see how he cars for each of his patients

Dr Ferro is a nice guy and I think quite competent but communication with his office staff is terrible. They never answer the phone and when you leave a message often don't call you back or it is days later. My pain is not under control and I eventually got a hold of an MA after a couple of days. She said she would get back to me after talking to the doctor. It's been a week and a half and despite me calling back, I have heard nothing. I've finally asked my doctor for a referral to another clinic. This is NOT the first time this has happened.

I’ve been a patient of doctor Ferro for close to twenty years and I can say that I have never been to a more compassionate doctor in my life. His number one goal is to fine your problem and stop your pain. When I first went to him I was in very bad shape and no one could figure out why. I was on a lot of heavy drugs that the doctors had put me on. He took the time to study my X-rays and MRI and went to work on my back. It wasn’t long and he found my problem and he went to work to stopping my pain. He recommended a infusion pain pump being installed. I went with what he suggested and it was like turning a switch to stopping my pain. It took care of a major part of my pain but I still had some that was letting me know it wasn’t completely fixed. But doc never gave up he kept working with me and installed a stimulator on the opposite side of the pain pump. Thanks to his knowledge and hard work I can say I’m pretty much out of pain enough to do things I enjoy.

Dr Ferro has been treating me for over 10 years, this time. He always takes the time to explain what's wrong, the different options for care, and his recommendations. He doesn't pressure his patients to do things, he works with us to determine the best course of treatment. As someone who has multiple pain disorders, I can attest to his patience and willingness to continue working together towards relief from the different pains. Everyone that works in Dr Ferro's office is extremely friendly and professional! You won't find a better team!

d Having The Doctor show me on X-ray what is causing my pane. He has help develop Boston Scientific alternative without surgery to get rid of the back pane. i had confidence i will feel better. i asked some of his patients if he has helped them i got a 98% of the time Yes.

Dr Ferro is simply the BEST pain doctor. He has helped me when other doctors only wanted to medicate me. He listen, cares and truly wants you to have the best life you can have. His staff is great too .. I hope he never retires!!

I have been with Dr. Ferro since 2012. He found most of my health problems that cause pain. He didn't just medicate the problems. He worked to fix or have fixed what he could. He listens. He's nurturing. The staff is too. I only trust Dr. Ferro to perform the procedures on my back and neck. The procedures give me great relief for a period of time. I would highly recommend Dr. Ferro.

The rhizotomies have helped me and my spouse with our chronic back and neck pain tremendously. As a side benefit, they have helped reduce my migraine frequency.

Dr. Ferro and his staff are phenomenal! I have achieved a night and day difference from what I had before in my life. Unlike other doctors I've had, Dr. Ferro kept working with me to find the correct solution to help me manage the pain rather than giving up at the first (or second, or third!) failure.
