I went to Dr. Foulkes for a LASIK procedure. He did a great job. My vision is 20/20. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with my experience.

I had a laser treatment to remove floaters in my eye. I did not realize there was a procedure for this! Dr. Foulkes explained the procedure very thoroughly. The longest part was waiting for my eyes to dilate. Other than that it was a very quick appointment. Dr. Foulkes was awesome!

I saw Dr. Foulkes today for eye pain - he was able to get me in the same day. He was very nice and found the source of the pain.

I have been told many times I am too nearsighted for LASIK. I went here for a fourth opinion and was told the same think. But, i also found out that i was a candidate ICL surgery. I went for it and i couldn't be happier. I can finally see without glasses or contacts. Glad i found him.

He is a very knowledge and you can tell he has years of experience. I had LASIK done on both eyes a few months ago and I wish I had done it sooner! My LASIK was done in the office, which is convenient I didn't have to travel to another location. Highly recommend Dr. Foulkes. Trust me!

This doc is a horrible doctor. He did my intacs surgery charged me 24k but I did not see any improvement what so ever. I went through such a painful experience. His staff is not that great either. Horrible customer service as well. All he cares about is money and whenever you ask him questions he starts talking about random doctor's conferences he has been to.

worst doctor. I have Keratoconus and he did my intacs surgery which was not successful. I paid alot of money and no results.
