Front and back procedure lumbar fusion
Dr Francis and his entire staff, in office and hospital, were great. Yes, it is painful at first, but the reward is great! I had back pain for years, several years, had just become a way of life for me I was nervous, but everyone at the office, hospital, telephone, etc was answering my questions. I was kept informed, and they were wonderful. This is the first of a new day, without all the pain.Thank you Dr Francis, you have been wonderful for our family.

Best decision i had
Recommend Dr. Franics for any surgery dealing with your spine. Had a great experience and felt very comfortable with pre op and post op. He is there to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Back Surgery
I had back surgery in April of 2024. Dr. Francis fused L2 L3 L4 L5 and S1 to correct Sciatic pain down both legs. The surgery was a complete success I have no more pain shooting down my legs and went through physical therapy and I am back to normal thank you Doctor Francis

Fourth doctor I seen in regards to reherniation of disc is lower back due to car accident. He would not do surgery until an mri with contrast was done to verify disc herniation and not scar tissue. He was the only one of the four that took this cautious approach. He doesn’t just wanna do surgery he takes the necessary steps to insure it’s the correct decision. Highly recommended!!!!

Awesome! Best Dr I have ever seen!
Awesome!!I woke up the day after a lot of heavy work and could barely walk even with a cane. Had a mri and the primary scheduled me my 1st appointment with Dr Francis (only 3 days later).Week 11st appointment was there about 1 hour (including the time they took for xrays). Left with a surgery date and instructions scheduled for the next week. (Laminectomy & disectomy)He was very through in his exam and explained everything that needed to be done.Week 2Did the preoperative (was there about 1 hour)The next morning, I had the surgery. I was on my way home later that afternoon.Everyone at the hospital was very nice and helpful, The instructions given were crystal clearThe majority of the paperwork and forms were done online.Staff communicates continually through phone, email, and text.I had no problems dealing with billing or insurance.Week 3, walk without a cane. 3 months, just a little stiffness now and then, on days involving a lot of heavy lifting.Would recommend!!!

Successful cervical surgery
I had a cervical surgery with Dr Francis four months ago. The recovery has gone smoothly and a month ago I even did the Santiago’s way walking for 6 consecutive days for about 120 kilometers on an uneven road with steep up and downs. Dr Francis and his team provide an excellent service. I strongly recommend him and his practice.

Disc Decompression and Fusion
Dr. Francis and his staff were amazing. Dr. Francis is very down to earth, answers all questions, friendly and very good at what he does. You are not just another number. He and his staff took great care of me. He even had to be called back to the hospital because I developed a blood clot. He was very concerned at all times. He went in with a plan and executed it beautifully. I would recommend Dr.Francis and his staff every time to anybody. He made the entire process so easy, knew exactly what he had to do surgically, and then followed up. He really cares about his patients.

VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I'm thrilled with the results of my back surgery. Dr. Francis is the second physician I saw about the excruciating pain in my back. The first one said I needed to learn to live with the pain. Dr. Francis was different. He immediately noticed I was hurting and set out with a plan to alleviate the pain. He was excellent, as was his team of professionals who worked with him. I give Dr. Francis my very highest recommendation for the care and attention I received before, during, and after surgery.

Wish I would have found sooner
The staff is beyond amazing and have always been supportive. I’ve suffered w back pain for 10 years. I’ve had multiple procedures and tried pretty much everything with no success. From the beginning Dr. Francis was compassionate and eager to fix my issues. I had surgery on Monday and I’m able to walk and do things I haven’t been able to do in 10 years. I am sore but no longer in pain. I feel like I have my life back and can enjoy my life. Had surgery at Oakbend hospital and they were amazing as well. Can not even begin to tell you how much it means to have my life back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Kyphoplasty Surgery
