Excruciating back and neck pain. Surgeons recommended surf in neck. I said no. Was referred to Dr Glines who after reviewing MRI s provided a rhizotomy which was extremely successful and an amazingly easy procedure and I walked out of his office within 30 minutes a new woman. Simply painless. Dr Glines is excellent and if needed would go back in a heartbeat.

Yes I was a patient of dr byrds, until he left. Then dr glines was suppose to be my dr, but I got his nurse pratishiner, then was pretty much accused of being a junkie because I had sudafed in my system, then got another drug test was ok but then they said they couldn't take me anymore because I didn't have hydrocodone in my system, and I did, it was all because I didn't want my nerves cauterized again, it didn't help for long, didn't want the other procedure because it wouldn't help with my situation. Shame on you for only thinking about money and not patients, glad I found out where dr. Byrd is at, he is the best and actually cares about his pa6

I have been dealing with chronic pain for years. It wasn't until I was in the emergency room at St Mark's that my attending Dr. asked me, when did you have back surgery? I have had lots of surgeries but none of them on my back. I was referred to Dr. Glines. In my opinion, Dr.'s who really know their stuff don't usually have a great bedside manner, they have more of the God complex but Dr. Glines was a refreshing change. He knows his stuff and you can tell that within the first few minutes of speaking with him. He is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, patient and really listens to his patients. I would recommend Dr. Glines to anyone suffering from similar conditions. Out of my many, many Dr.'s I have seen over the years, he is my favorite and I love his staff as well.

After 10 years of being a patient. I was informed buy new management, that I had a new doctor. Dr. Glines & PA Chuck Jarvis. In one appointment, they informed me that the treatment I have been receiving for the last 8 years, which was working very well, they didn't agree with they were changing it. I was informed that I was to go through extremely expensive spinal injections, which I had already tried multiple times, they were not a long-term solution. But in order to pay for that big new beautiful clinic, they told me if I wanted to continue being a patient at that clinic, that I would do the injections or I would have to find another doctor to treat me. I already knew exactly where I was going, because I was not going to allow them to charge my insurance for these expensive injections I was not going to pay out of pocket the kind of money they were trying to take for me. So they can fill their wallets full of cash. It's all about money not patient care. Don't be fooled.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Brilliant! Dr. Glines knows his stuff. I've had pain in my back for two years, and after a lumbar injection yesterday, I can stand without pain. I highly recommend Dr. Glines for anyone dealing with pain in the lower back. He listens, and cares about his patients. He also has an excellent team working with him in the procedure room.

Dr Glines’ was professional and competent, I wish I could say this about his office staff. Had issues with his staff requesting the correct procedure; twice we had to resubmit the authorization because they selected the wrong code. Once they submitted the correct code found out the only submitted the code for one side, wouldn’t have been an issue if they tried to resolve the problem they created but didn’t care to help out or accept responsibility. Won’t go back, unfortunate.

Dr. Glines is a great doctor and so is his staff. I've had many appointments and several procedures with Dr. Glines and he is absolutely the best doctor I have seen for pain and procedures. He is caring and listens and has a great bed side manner as well as his staff. His staff members treated me like family. Angie, Jennifer, Bruce, Paula, Shelli, and Marilyn are all very caring and made sure I was comfortable and my needs were met. I would recommend Dr. Glines and his staff to anyone. Great!

Dr. Glines is very kind, knowledgeable and thourough. He spent more time with me than any doctor I've seen in a while. He helped find a good treatment plan that he clearly explained and I felt comfortable with and allowed me to ask questions and voice concerns. Each encounter with the doctor or any of his staff has been great. I appreciate his expertise and kind nature.
