The This was my 2nd appointment visit with Dr. R. Hayes. Due to my own experience, I rate this medical group a 1 b/c the staff's lack of professionalism, urgency, knowledge, understanding, and informative communication toward a patient. Initially, I chose Dr. Hayes b/c his online views stated that he and his staff were very supportive of patients with serious medical conditions. I’m a transplant who has to take large doses of immune suppression medication. On 12/4 I called to set up an appointment for school physical screening and make an appointment for my sore throat. The lady informed me that they had 12/7 available. I asked could call back to see if I could reschedule another appointment. 30 minutes I called bk she said the only available she had was 12/13. I took it but asked the lady if there was any way I could see him sooner for my throat because I was a transplant patient. The receptionist said I can just go to a clinic around town. I went to my transplant nurse for help. F

I was very impressed with the service and treatment I received through out my entire visit. Dr. Richard Hayes was professional, knowledgeable and generally concerned about my health issues. I am grateful to have him as my doctor, very grateful! He took time and listened to me concerning my health issues without rushing or brushing me off! He's a great doctor and I am going to schedule my three sons as new patients.
