In February of 2020 I had an appointment to see Chip Hebert in Eunice,La. I went in because of pain, pressure and ringing in the right ear. After being told my insurance would not cover the visit, and they were not in my PPO, I kept the appointment. Had to a hearing test by Audiologist , saw Nurse Practitioner, finally saw Dr Hebert in the doorway for approx,10 minutes. Ordered MRI,and 8 lab tests, 4 which my Cardiologist does 2x yearly. Got antibiotics from my PCP while waiting for them to schedule MRI took 2 weeks . They never called me in to discuss results. After another 2 weeks I call office ,only to find out they have moved to Jennings, never scheduling a follow up. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANYTHING. .

Dr Chip was so awesome and his staff in eunice are very kind and helpful, they care, i had tubes put in today in Jennings andbi have never been in better care, the nurses an everyone were so nice an caring, they surely take pride in their jobs and know how to treat a patient, 100 plus for this hospital and Dr. Chip and also his staff in eunice
