Dr. Richard Hughes is a good doctor, no complaints
The support staff at Dr. Hughes's office needs to improve. Phone messages are not returned timely. Sometimes some of the staff can be a difficult to deal with. I have experienced issues booking an appointment. The wait times on the day of the appointment are long. I had to wait over an hour and half to be seen, and at times the staff seems disorganized. I have been given incorrect information, so it depends on who you speak to. When you are not feeling well, and you need medical help, the staff is not always understanding, again that depends on who you are speaking to.

Always wonderful and thorough! I have been a patient for over 20 years, and he recently diagnosed my sleep apnea. He is always compassionate, and a great communicator.

An Unscrupulous Doctor... BEWARE!! Keep looking for someone who is compassionate and competent! Dr Hughes is neither! Obviously... whoever he is working for did not do a thorough background check of all the negative truthful reviews about him! He’s clearly a pathetic excuse for a doctor... does not deserve the title! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a qualified physician instead of wasting your valuable time and being rushed and misdiagnosed! His office staff was equally RUDE!

Excellent. Had a lot of sinus issues, he discovered a deviated septum, fixed that and opened up my sinuses too, surgery went exactly as expected, solved my problems completely. He's a great doc
