I have consulted with several doctors and specialists over the years, but none of them compare to Dr. Ioffreda and his incredible staff. Making an appointment was easy, despite his busy schedule, and I upon arrival I was seen immediately. Although the building looked abandoned and sketchy on the outside, the positive energy and attitude of the everyone there transformed it into such a welcoming space. From the moment I met Dr. Ioffreda, I knew he was different. He genuinely cares about his patients and not the type forget them, even after decades. He took his time to understand my symptoms and asked insightful questions to determine the root cause of my issue. What impressed me the most was that he didn't just write a prescription to ease the symptoms and ask me to come back later. Instead, he genuinely cares and wanted to find the core of the issue. I was a new patient with a serious condition and the office fit me right into Dr. Ioffreda’s busy schedule. He spent the necessary time and did not rush me to diagnose my condition. Two weeks later I had surgery with a wonderful outcome. The process was efficient and seamless. His staff is great. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ioffreda. I had a concern and called the office on a Sunday and he called me back personally within 10 minutes. He has a great bedside manner and explains things thoroughly. I obviously would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a top-notch urologist!

He is an excellent doctor. He is very compassionate when it comes to people when they are ill. He will always help and recommend other doctors outside his area of expertise. He makes his patients feel comfortable and he has a good sense of humor.

I highly recommend Dr Ioffreda, Every staff member was so nice and comforting, and so helpful. You can tell they were happy doing what they were doing , and it just wasn't a job to them. As far as the Dr. he took his time answering any questions and explaining everything in a way you understood everything. He made you feel at ease. I am a physician. I did not know Dr. Ioffreda prior to scheduling an appointment with him. I did not tell the staff I was a physician. I received an appointment on the day of my phone call for what I thought was an urgent problem. Fortunately for me he saw me that day because it was rather serious. The doctor and his staff guided me through a very difficult period. I know a lot of other doctors and Dr. Ioffreda and staff are by far the best that I know.

Dr. Ioffreda shared a lot of information and was an excellent communicator. He also appeared to be more interested in the practice of medicine than the business of medicine.
