Dr.Jackson, is a very talented man. He has calmed my nervous ever sense he diagnosed me with all my conditions. He has worked hard to get treatments for me. If you’re looking a specialist in the area this is the guy you want. He goes above and beyond fie his patients care. He knows his stuff and will put your mind at rest.he takes a long time with his patients to make sure they understand everything he brought up and that the family members understand as well and no one has any questions. I was there for a while going over everything and getting treatment plans in line. He truly cares about his patient's and doesn’t rush you out of his office.

I saw Dr Jackson over a teleconference video in an ER. I had previously all of a sudden woke up with complete hearing loss in one ear and facial numbness. He was very through and saw that what happened in Dec was occurring again to my good side (ear/ face). He had me admitted to the hospital in Memphis Feb 28 and started on medicine. I wish all the other doctors would have been like him. I was kept in the hospital for six nights. Everyone was confused with me. I guess is a way of stating it. However the steroids did help facial numbness. Once started coming off numbness increased. ENT told me to go back to er and Other neurologist stated well there nothing else I can do. Thanks for interesting story. Generalist there said well there’s nothing else I can do for you. My local just wants to have me on steroids. Can’t get in with a recommended one until June. In meantime facial numbness increasing and hearing muffled in good ear. Wish I could visit with him again. He listens and cares
