Poor bedside manners, didn't believe my symptoms and didn't even give me any help with my problems. Kept interrupting and acted like he needed to go and only seen me for a few minutes like he was busy with more important people or things.

Great conversation and very easy to talk with! I wish he would move to your Vinton location!

Was down for the count w/ a horrible sinus infection. MISERABLE & frustrated, as my reg Physician was booked solid w one P.A. out for the week. Local (not so Urgent) Care now only takes apps, no walk ins, were booked solid, and new policy dictates that Absolutely NO appts are taken outside of that day. In tears, called back reg Physician office, who connected me w Dr Dunn, a physician working w Carilon Clinic. He saved me the very next morning, 1st thing, 8am! It was a virtual visit. His staff has the good sense to contact for a technical check prior, to ensure the virtual visit is up to par. A nurse called me just ahead of appt, to do "pre-visit", checking on medications, allergies, symptoms/reasons for visit. This was quite simple & friendly. Minutes later, I was online, facing Dr Dunn for our visit. Visit was friendly & personable. I felt extremely comfortable in his thoroughness of care & knowledge. Scripts were ready 1 hr later. THANK YOU DR DUNN!!!

I was short of breath. He did a telehealth meeting with me. Called in prescriptions I needed, and scheduled a follow up for me the next day. I’m very impressed
