Wrist surgery

Top notch upper extremity surgeon
Who does a fellow orthopedic surgeon see when he needs surgery? I know orthopedic surgeons all over the country. There are lots of well trained surgeons out there. There are surgeons who are very intelligent, have impressive training credentials, superior surgical skills and a wonderful bedside manner, but there are not many who have all these qualities at the same time. Richard Kang is one of the few with all these qualities. When I needed surgery, he was my first choice.

Best doctor on the eastern shore
Dr Kang has treated me for two cases of trigger finger release. He communicates clearly, efficiently, and warmly. He answers questions thoroughly and ensures the patient understands. Both his office and bedside manners are exactly what one would hope. My surgical outcomes have been excellent. I have recommended him wholeheartedly multiple times.

Incredible doctor
Dr. Kang has been incredible to work with following a hand trauma. He has excellent bedside manner, is kind, and truly dedicated to what is right for his patient. I greatly appreciated his urgency while remaining thorough and informative. I work in healthcare and can honestly say that this was the best experience I’ve had with a surgeon, personally and professionally. Trustworthy and Top-Notch Orthopedic Surgeon
For many years, I delayed carpal tunnel surgeries on both hands until I found Dr. Kang. The operations were a complete success. Dr. Kang - POA’s Best Hand Doctor

Outstanding Doctor
I just returned to see Dr. Kang to discuss the release of my left Carpal Tunnel, following my right Carpal Tunnel release a couple of months ago. The first surgery went smoothly, with a quick, uncomplicated recovery. We mutually decided to wait on the left wrist, as it was not bothering me as much as before. I will likely need to have the procedure done at a later time, but appreciated his professional opinion that it was okay to wait. I did not feel rushed into having a surgery that wasn’t needed at this time.
