Unorganized and rude
Got a surprise bill in the mail today. Called the office and explained to them that I had called prior to the apt and canceled. The front desk woman was extremely rude and started yelling at me and told me she wasn’t going to help me (verbatim said that). Not only was the experience of being treated like trash very disheartening, but the whole facility is extremely disorganized. The fact that I had to prove to them that I canceled my appointment speaks for itself.

Front Office Issues
I visited Dr. King's office and saw a Dr. Pless. Once my initial visit was over I stopped by the front desk to make a follow up appointment. The follow up was scheduled for May 16 at 10:30 am. Two days ago I got an auto call asking me to confirm my appointment for May 9th! I called the office asking them why my appointment was changed without first contacting me. They, at first, couldn't find my appointment. I told them I would be out of town that week and that was the reason I made the appointment for May 16th. No apology, no attempt to give me my original appointment back and told me the only date available was 8 days after my original date! My major issue is with the front office people not the doctors or the care provided. I guess they had a friend or family member that needed an appointment and they figured I wouldn't care. I'll be looking for another doctor.

My visit went well with the doctor, she was very professional and patient, she answer all of my questions. However, the receptionist name Denise is prejudice. She went out of her way, to not give me eye contact, when I was standing directly in front of her. Nor did she say hello, when I spoke to her. I said "Thank You ", and she did not say , You're Welcome. I literally told her "you are being very rude to me" she never issue an apology, she just sat there with a disgusting an unpleasant look on her face. Denise, is the reason why I gave three stars instead of five.
